TreeHouse has been serving teens since 1979, helping them build relationships and resiliency rooted in living hope. We host programs that give teens a safe space to find support and belonging. Through mentorships, retreats, and other off-site activities, teens have the opportunity to build even deeper relationships with peers and caring adults.

INTERFAITH OUTREACH

YOUR LOCAL RESOURCE

Interfaith Outreach works side-by-side with families in times of need. Our services include food, case management, emergency financial assistance, employment services and child care resources. If you or someone you know needs support please reach out.

NEW TO INTERFAITH OUTREACH?

If you live in Hamel, Long Lake, Medina, Minnetonka Beach, Orono, Plymouth west of 494 or Wayzata and have 1) never accessed Interfaith services or 2) haven’t seen us in over one year, please email us at clientintake@iocp.org or call us at 763-489-7500 to get started.

We will schedule an initial phone conversation with staff and will email you a few forms to sign in advance of the phone meeting. Please complete the forms and attach a photo of your picture identification (ID), and utility bill (heat, electric, etc.) dated within the last 30 days to confirm your address. These forms must be completed to begin receiving services.

  • are looking for financial assistance, email the team at financialteam@iocp.org or call 763-489-7500.

  • are looking for a job or want to increase your income, email the team at employmentservices@iocp.org or call 763-489-7500.

  • are looking for child care, child care assistance or information about early childhood development, email the team at CFKteam@iocp.org or call 763-489-7500.

To shop, you must make an appointment.
Monday: 1 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Wednesday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. & 2 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.


MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

Front Desk Hours
Monday: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Staff and volunteers are at the front desk to provide information, receive documents for staff, and to print/copy/scan important Interfaith-related documents. Learn more about what we offer during front desk hours. Masks are optional in our building. If you are sick, please stay home.
